About returns and exchanges
If the delivered product has scratches or defects, or if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will promptly exchange it for the same product, or issue a return or refund.
Please contact us (03-6304-7946) for details within 7 days of receiving the product by calling us (03-6304-7946) or using the "Contact" page. In addition, if we are unable to prepare a replacement item, we will respond by returning or refunding the item.
We will bear the cost of returning the product. Please send it back to us with cash on delivery.
*Please note that we cannot accept applications that meet the following criteria.
・Products for which you contact us more than 8 days after receiving the product
・The product I ordered was “different from the image”
・"If used even once"
・Products judged to have been altered, washed, or cleaned
・Products whose "product tags, labels, boxes, and other accessories" are damaged, defaced, or lost
・Products with odors, dirt, or scratches left by the customer

返品・交換について
・初期不良／誤配送の場合は、商品到着後7日以内のご連絡で交換または返金対応いたします。
・返送料は**弊社負担（着払い）**にて承ります。
・使用済み商品や到着後8日以上経過した場合は対象外となります。
返品・交換についての詳細
お届けした商品に「キズや不具合がある場合」や「ご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合」は、速やかに同一商品との交換、または返品・返金にて対応させていただきます。
商品到着後「7日以内」に、弊社（03-6304-7946）までお電話、もしくは「Contact」ページより、状況の詳細をご連絡くださいますようお願いいたします。
なお、交換品のご用意が難しい場合は、返品・返金での対応とさせていただきます。
返送にかかる送料は弊社にて負担いたしますので、着払いにてご返送ください。
下記の条件に該当する場合は、対応いたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

・商品到着後「8日以上」経過してからご連絡をいただいた場合

・お客様のもとでニオイの付着、汚れ、キズが生じた商品

「ご注文内容の誤り」など、お客様都合による交換の場合は、恐れ入りますが往復送料のご負担をお願いしております。
